Your Role
As a Laborer, you will support our skilled tradespeople in various projects ranging from residential renovations to large-scale commercial builds. You will be essential in ensuring our sites run efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform basic site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and leveling.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
