Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment

- Support skilled tradespeople with foundational tasks (framing, concrete work, etc.)
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention
- Complete basic maintenance on tools and equipment
Qualifications
