Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as directed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to all protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- No prior construction experience required
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
