Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Participate in framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
