Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Read basic blueprints and communicate with team leads
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general labor tasks at residential/commercial sites
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID and ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within King County
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Team player with strong communication skills
