Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in team projects to support overall construction goals
- Report any hazards or maintenance needs to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and various weather
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Oklahoma City
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
