Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general site duties including excavation support and debris removal
- Participate in team-based projects with clear task assignments
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
