Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic construction tools safely under supervision (shovels, saws, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, masonry, and framing duties
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from project leads
- Participate in daily safety briefings and equipment checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- No experience requiredâtraining provided
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment
