Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Participate in demolition, excavation, and foundational work as needed
- Complete daily tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines
Qualifications
