Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and light equipment safely
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain organized work areas and tool inventory
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
