Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain safe work areas by following OSHA guidelines and company protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal daily
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
