Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Operate basic equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean workspaces
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling and task completion
- Participate in demolition and renovation projects
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
