Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision (training provided)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload materials and equipment at construction locations
- Perform basic trenching, digging, and earthmoving operations
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
