Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Participate in team-based construction projects across diverse job sites
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written/oral instructions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
