Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Learn blueprint reading and construction fundamentals
- Support team members on various residential/commercial projects
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train everyone from day one
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
