Responsibilities
- Assist senior tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies as needed
- Read basic blueprints and verbal instructions to execute tasks accurately
- Participate in both residential and commercial construction projects
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
