Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform basic construction tasks under supervision (e.g., digging, lifting, carrying)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery after training
- Support demolition, cleanup, and material installation processes
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
