Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites and safety compliance standards
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
