Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and climbing
- Support various construction phases including framing, concrete work, and finishing
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required but beneficial)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills and willingness to learn
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Seattle metro area
