Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite throughout the day
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs with proper techniques
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Raleigh area
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
