Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, removing debris, and setting up equipment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and operating hand tools.
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide on-the-job training!
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (outdoor work).
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not required.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
