Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Operate hand tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows)
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and basic support tasks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Complete basic administrative tasks as assigned by site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for equipment operation)
