Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety standards
- Load/unload trucks and stage construction materials
- Follow blueprint instructions and supervisor guidance
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal daily
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in AZ heat/humidity
- Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
