Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and maintaining safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them as directed
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to support project execution
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and digging as needed
- Participate in site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
