Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and productivity
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties daily
- Support team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
