Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain organized work areas and follow safety guidelines
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Complete basic material handling and inventory tasks
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
