Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols rigorously
- Load/unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Support team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn construction skills through training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic communication skills and teamwork ability
- No prior experience necessary – training provided!
