Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in varying weather conditions
- Read basic blueprints and follow construction instructions
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
