Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and tool management
- Operate basic construction equipment (concrete mixers, jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site conditions
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform physically demanding tasks (digging, lifting, carrying) in all weather conditions
- Participate in scaffolding setup, demolition, and debris removal
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
