Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal daily
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level welcome
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided upon hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
