Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and concrete finishing tasks
- Participate in scaffolding setup and demolition operations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
