Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Prepare surfaces for construction activities
- Assist in erecting temporary structures and scaffolding
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level position
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor in varying weather
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Team player with clear communication skills
