Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Maintain organized workspaces and remove debris/construction waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Read basic blueprints and verbal instructions to execute tasks accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—entry-level candidates encouraged
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous outdoor tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites across NYC boroughs
- Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
