Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to comply with OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
