Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Perform cleanup operations including debris removal and waste disposal
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support skilled tradesmen with general labor tasks
- Complete daily job site inspections and report hazards
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required—training provided
