Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, or forklifts (training provided)
- Adapt to daily task assignments based on project needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Willingness to undergo paid safety certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- No prior construction experience necessary
