Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (demolition, excavation, framing)
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Support site preparation and cleanup operations
- Complete daily task reports as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
