Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform safe wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting under supervision
- Maintain clean job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Document work progress and maintain equipment inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to earn electrical certification (provided)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
- Must pass background check and drug screening
