Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to understand project requirements
- Install wiring, conduits, switches, and lighting fixtures following safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and circuit testers
- Prepare work sites and maintain clean, organized areas
- Document project progress and complete compliance paperwork
- Participate in weekly safety training and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (heights, outdoors)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
