Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Identify electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Install wiring, conduit, fixtures, and electrical components per code requirements
- Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA standards
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
- Document work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Basic math and measurement skills for accurate installations
