Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards at all job sites
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
