Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently for wiring, conduit bending, and equipment installation
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of electrical concepts and safety procedures
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire
