Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local electrical codes
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Use and maintain hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No electrical experience required – training provided!
