Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols on job sites
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment testing
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical components under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and tools
- Complete daily job reports and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA and NEC standards
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 12 months
