Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols meticulously
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device box installation
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical license within 12 months
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites
