Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical schematics
- Install conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components per NEC standards
- Perform safety inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekly skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
