Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components in residential/commercial settings
- Perform routine inspections and system testing
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to complete 4-year apprenticeship program
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
