Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Perform safety inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to expand technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Graduation from accredited trade school or technical program preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain electrical certification within 6 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Raleigh and surrounding areas
