Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical circuits and equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Use hand/power tools and testing equipment (multimeters, voltage testers) safely
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
