Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes
- Conduct circuit testing, troubleshooting, and equipment calibration
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local regulations
- Assist senior electricians with panel upgrades, wiring, and fixture installations
- Document project progress and maintain accurate work records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of accredited electrical trade program OR 6+ months hands-on experience
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman certification within 24 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
